TLDR: Manage listings, reviews, social URLs, and posts on connected networks from Cursor or Claude — same Ninja account as the dashboard.
You can manage local presence and connected social from Cursor or Claude. Your Agent talks to the same Ninja Professional account as the dashboard — listings, reviews, social URLs, posts, and photos. Writes preview first. Nothing publishes until you confirm.
This is the playbook: connect the token, run a 360 (whoami / ninja_me_360), then fan out along next[]. It is how a marketer runs a restaurant or autobody shop without living in the Ninja UI.
What can the agent actually do?
Reads cover profile, listings, reviews, keywords, photos, results, social URLs, and the cached daily brief. Writes can update hours, categories, services, descriptions, social/CTA URLs, and posting toggles (ninja_me_update_profile); draft review replies; hand the owner a Google write-review link (ninja_me_review_ask); generate or edit this week’s post (ninja_me_draft_post); approve it on Google plus Facebook and Instagram when Uberall marks those networks available; and generate, add, and publish photos to Google the same way the dashboard does. Billing stays in the dashboard. LinkedIn, TikTok, and X are profile URLs, not publish targets. Review replies stay Google-only.
Live review replies need the Power Reviews add-on. Google posts need Google AI-Posting. Listing copy applies need Advanced Presence. The agent does not bypass those flags.
How do I connect Cursor or Claude to Ninja?
- ▸Be on Professional. Starter stays on the dashboard and does not include MCP.
- ▸Connect Google Business Profile in the dashboard. The agent can mint a connect URL. It cannot finish Google OAuth in chat.
- ▸Open Dashboard → Account Settings → Ninja MCP. Turn access on. Copy the
ninja_cus_token (shown once). - ▸Add the Ninja customer server in Cursor Settings → MCP (user settings, not a repo). Claude Desktop and Claude Code use the same URL plus bearer header.
- ▸Leave write access off until you want mutations. Every write dry-runs first.
Token steps and the URL live on Ninja MCP. The product story and prompt library live on Your Agent.
If Google is not connected, insights, live reviews, and posts will be thin. Connect Google first. Do not ask the agent to invent a connection.
What should I ask first?
Start with a 360. Paste this:
“Call ninja_me_360. Are we connected to Google? What is missing on the profile? Cite source_refs. Do not invent metrics.”
Then fan out only if something is off: listings pulse, unreplied reviews, this week’s post, Saturday hours.
What does a weekly loop look like?
Monday: listing pulse (name, address, phone, categories). Then unreplied reviews — draft 5-star replies, leave 1–2 star for a human. Then this week’s post — preview available networks, edit, confirm. Then hours and holidays before the weekend.
A restaurant marketer uses that loop for brunch hours, cuisine categories, and dinner reviews. An autobody marketer uses it for collision-shop categories, insurance-repair services you actually offer, and replies after a completed job.
Does the agent post to Google by itself?
No. Ninja drafts. You confirm. That is the same rule as the dashboard. 1–2 star review replies stay human. Photos generate, add, and publish to Google only after you confirm.
