Question 1

What is Ninja?

Accepted Answer

Ninja is an AI platform that helps local businesses optimize Google Business Profile — categories, descriptions, services, photos, and keywords. Listing sync, posting, and review replies are add-ons that still need your approval.

Question 2

Is Ninja a lead generation agency?

Accepted Answer

No. Ninja at ninjajump.ai is done-for-you Google Business Profile software. It does not run Google Ads, Meta ads, or outbound lead-gen campaigns for you.

Question 3

Is Ninja a shipping company?

Accepted Answer

No. Ninja at ninjajump.ai is done-for-you Google Business Profile software for local businesses. It is not Ninja Van, not a courier, and not a label-printing product.

Question 4

Who is Ninja for?

Accepted Answer

Ninja is built for local businesses — restaurants, salons, contractors, clinics, and more — who want more calls and foot traffic without doing manual marketing work.

Question 5

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Most businesses see Google ranking improvements within 14–21 days. AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) typically improves within 30 days.

Question 6

What's included in my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes Today, Results, Keywords, Business, Services, Photos, Account, and Billing. Posts, Reviews, and Listings are add-ons. Voice Search is a guide page, not a dashboard product. AI Search Visibility is not a live scan.

Question 7

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No contracts. Cancel anytime with 10 days notice before your next billing date.

Question 8

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Ninja is billed monthly and charged to the card on file. You can view and manage your billing details anytime in your dashboard.

Question 9

Can I add extras?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Optional add-ons — Advanced Presence, Google AI-Posting Pro, Power Reviews, and ChatGPT AI Booster — can be added during or after signup.

Question 10

Does Ninja support AI agent integrations (MCP)?

Accepted Answer

Professional includes Your Agent: listings, reviews, social URLs, and posts on connected networks from Cursor or Claude. Posts go to Google, plus Facebook and Instagram when connected. Writes preview first. See /your-agent. Connect at /mcp. Billing stays in the dashboard.

Question 11

Do I need to do anything manually?

Accepted Answer

You connect Google Business Profile. Weekly Google posts publish unless auto-publish is turned off. Power Reviews auto-publishes 4–5 star Google replies after about a 20-minute hold. 1–2 star and 3-star replies stay with you. Listing sync is an add-on for Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, and TripAdvisor.

Question 12

What platforms does Ninja optimize?

Accepted Answer

Ninja optimizes Google Business Profile. Advanced Presence can sync Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, and TripAdvisor. Ninja does not scan ChatGPT live and does not guarantee Siri, Alexa, or Google Assistant recommendations.

Question 13

Will Ninja post to my Google Business Profile automatically?

Accepted Answer

Google AI-Posting Pro is an add-on. Ninja writes a weekly Google post and publishes it unless auto-publish is turned off. The owner can edit or skip.
