TLDR: Pull a Google review inbox and draft replies from Cursor or Claude. You confirm before send. 1–2 star replies stay human.
Your agent can list unreplied Google reviews and draft a reply in the brand voice on file. Ask it to draft only — you confirm before anything sends. Live send uses the same Power Reviews add-on as the dashboard.
How do I draft a reply without sending it?
“Draft a reply to my latest 5-star Google review in my brand voice. Do not send it. I will confirm.”
Or: “List unreplied reviews. Draft only.”
If the tool returns thin_result, the agent should say what is missing (usually Google not connected) instead of inventing review text.
Can the agent reply to 1-star and 2-star reviews?
It can draft. A person should send. Ninja’s product rule is that 1–2 star replies stay human. Do not let an agent publish those.
Power Reviews is required to publish. Without the add-on you still get drafts. The agent must not pretend the reply is live on Google.
What should a restaurant or shop reply sound like?
Restaurant: thank the diner, name the visit if they did, invite them back. Do not invent a complimentary dessert.
Autobody: thank them for trusting the shop with the car, mention the job only if the review did. Do not invent insurance or warranty claims.
Negative-review structure still follows how to respond to negative reviews. The agent is a draft tool, not a policy override.
