Why it matters

Old details cost you the call.

And Google notices when your story does not match everywhere else.

The old number

Still sitting on a directory somewhere. Every call to it is a job you never heard about.

Two of you

A duplicate listing from years ago, splitting your reviews and confusing customers.

Where it goes

The places customers actually check.

Google first. Then the handful of others people really use.

Smaller directories get the same update in the background — we just do not make you look at a list of them.

Duplicates and drift

Wrong copies get cleaned up. Changes get caught.

Old listings resurface and directories quietly overwrite good data with stale records. Ninja finds those, submits the fixes, and tells you what changed.

Duplicates found across name and address variants
Removal and correction requests submitted for you
Quiet overwrites put back the way they were
A note telling you what changed and where

Some directories take their time approving a change — Ninja keeps asking until it lands.

Local business owner after updating their details once

“We moved two streets over. I told Ninja once.”

Illustrative example — one change, the rest handled.

When something changes

New number, new hours, new address.

The moments that quietly break a business online are the ordinary ones. Tell Ninja once and the rest is handled — including the places you forgot you were listed on.

Listings are not the reason the phone rings — your Google profile is. They are in every plan because clean, matching details make Google trust the profile it is ranking.

Common questions

Listings, answered.

Where does Ninja update my details?

Google first, then Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram and TripAdvisor — the places customers actually check. Smaller directories get the same update in the background.

What exactly gets kept in sync?

Your business name, address, phone, hours and category. Change any of them once in Ninja and the update goes out for you.

Can you remove a duplicate listing?

Ninja finds duplicates and submits removal or correction requests. Each directory decides on its own timeline, so some clear in days and a few take longer — you can see the status the whole way.

What if a directory changes my info on its own?

It happens more than owners realise, usually from an old data feed. Ninja watches for it, puts the correct details back, and tells you what changed.

Is this the main reason to use Ninja?

No. Your Google profile is what gets you found and called — that is the core of every plan. Listings are included because consistent details help Google trust the profile it is ranking.

Not sure what is out there with the wrong number? Start the setup — Ninja checks before you pay.
