Managing reviews for 15,000+ local businesses
The whole review job, not just the replies.
Getting reviews
The link, the QR code and the words, ready the moment a job ends
Answering reviews
Replies in your voice — the good ones can go out on their own
Watching for new ones
Every review lands in one inbox, and a bad one reaches you fast
Your rating over time
Where the stars are heading, and what is pulling them there
Your reviews are the first thing a customer judges.
How many you have, how recent they are, what your rating says and whether you bothered to reply — all of it decides who gets the call.
Nobody is asking
Happy customers rarely think to leave a review. Ask at the right moment and most of them will.
Sitting unanswered
You meant to reply that night. A job ran long, and the review moved down the list for three weeks.
Or the whole thing runs
Asked for, answered, and watched — with your rating tracked week to week.
Reviews come in. They get answered.
SHARE KIT
“Thanks again for having us out today. If you have a minute, a quick Google review really helps a small shop like ours: [link]”
Ask while you're still in the driveway.
The best time to ask is the minute the job is done. Ninja keeps the link, the QR code and the wording ready so asking takes ten seconds.
You send it yourself — Ninja does not text your customer list.
Answer them yourself, buy a review tool, or let Ninja handle it.
Reviews, answered.
Does Ninja reply to every review?
Four and five star replies can publish on their own after a short hold. Three star replies are drafted and wait for you to send. One and two star reviews are never drafted or sent by Ninja — they come straight to you.
Why not automate the bad ones too?
A complaint needs the owner. An automated apology on a one-star review reads worse than no reply at all, and it is the reply future customers read most closely.
Can Ninja remove a negative review?
No, and nobody can promise that. Google removes reviews that break its policies, and you can report one — but the reliable move is a good reply and more recent reviews.
How do I get more reviews?
Ask right after the job. Ninja keeps a write-review link, a QR code and a short message ready to copy, so it takes seconds. You send it — Ninja does not text your customer list.
Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?
Yes — asking customers for honest reviews is fine. What is not allowed is incentives, filtering out unhappy customers, or fake reviews, none of which Ninja does.
Can I turn the automatic replies off?
Any time, from Reviews or Billing. You can also edit any draft before it goes out.
