A Google Business Profile management service runs your profile for you: categories, services, photos, posts and review replies. Most published plans we found charge a monthly fee per location. You can hire people, use hands-off AI, or have Ninja draft the work for you to approve. Pick by budget and how much say you want.

Note

Ninja is our product. We describe it with the same kind of facts we use for everyone else and say where another option fits better. Competitor fees and terms are summarized from each provider's own page on the date shown.

Check your Google profile free before you pay anyone. The audit shows what is missing, so you know what a service should fix first.

What does a Google Business Profile management service actually do?

Most services cover the same core jobs. They fix your categories, services and service areas. They add photos. They publish Google posts. They reply to reviews. They keep your hours and contact details right. Higher tiers add reporting, geo-grid rank maps, citations in other directories or an account manager.

None of this needs special access. Google lets you add a manager to your Business Profile, and you stay the owner. You can remove a manager at any time from your profile settings.

How much does Google Business Profile management cost?

Most plans in our table charge a monthly fee per location, and full-service tiers cost more than monitoring-only plans. Discounts for more locations are common. One-time optimization projects charge a single setup fee for a handful of profiles. Custom quotes are normal for managed tiers with an account manager.

Google Business Profile itself is free. If you have the time, our weekly checklist covers the same jobs a service would do.

What should you check before you hand over your profile?

  1. Manager access, not ownership. The provider should ask to be added as a manager. Never hand over your Google password or primary ownership.
  2. Who replies to bad reviews. Ask whether 1 to 3 star replies go out without you.
  3. How you approve. Find out what publishes automatically and what waits for you.
  4. Contract and setup fees. Read the terms page, not only the pricing page.
  5. What "reporting" means. Ask for a sample report before you sign.
  6. Performance claims. Some providers advertise ranking results. Nobody controls Google's rankings, so ask what work they will do, not what rank they promise.

When is a full-service agency the better choice?

Pick a human service or agency if you run many locations, want a dedicated account manager, want phone support, or need citation building across dozens of directories. Several providers in the table include those. Ninja does not offer phone support or an account manager.

How does Ninja handle it?

Connect your Google Business Profile. Ninja drafts profile fixes, posts and review replies, and you approve them from your phone. With review replies, 4 to 5 star replies publish after about a 20 minute hold and 1 to 3 star reviews always wait for you. Optional listing sync covers Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram and TripAdvisor. Support is by email and text. Not for teams that want rank-tracking dashboards, white-label reports or a phone contact. See how Ninja's GBP software works.

What do profiles connected to Ninja tend to be missing?

Among 617 Ninja-connected profiles (Ninja stored data, as of Oct 15, 2026), the basics were usually there, but not always:

7.1%No website URL (44 of 617)
6.2%No secondary categories (38 of 617)
6.0%No photos stored (37 of 617)

These are owners who already connected Google to Ninja, often after Ninja had filled in their profile, so they are not typical of local businesses. Figures come from Ninja's stored copy of each profile and may differ from what is live on Google.

How did we compare these providers?

We read each provider's public service and pricing pages on the date shown and described each one in its own terms. No provider paid to be listed. Ninja is our product, and we say so above. We will update this page when fees or services change.

Want your Google profile handled, with the final say?
