What ships in the product
Connect Google Business Profile, then Ninja helps with categories, descriptions, services, photos, and keywords. Ninja suggests buying-intent keywords (near-me, questions, comparisons). Search volume is estimated, not from a volume API. Syncs NAP on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, and TripAdvisor, plus 118 more directories in the background. Advanced Presence is an add-on.

- Ninja writes weekly Google posts from your vault and publishes them unless you turn auto-publish off. Social is an add-on. Facebook and Instagram post after you connect those networks. Views and calls from posts show after the first live post.
- Every plan includes a Reviews inbox, AI drafts you send, and a share kit (write-review link and QR). Power Reviews auto-publishes 4–5 star replies. 1–2 star replies stay human. SMS campaigns to your customer list are not live yet.
Your Agent
Professional includes Your Agent: manage listings, reviews, photos, social URLs, and posts on connected networks from Cursor or Claude. Writes preview first. Billing stays in the dashboard. Review drafts and send are core; Power Reviews auto-publishes 4–5 star replies. Posts go to Google, plus Facebook and Instagram when Uberall marks those networks available. Posting and listing applies use the same add-ons as the dashboard. Google connect is a browser link the agent mints.
Honest limits
Voice Search is a guide, not a dashboard product. Ninja does not rank you #1 on Siri, Alexa, or Google Assistant. AI Search Visibility is not a live scan. Demo accounts may show sample quotes. Paid accounts show not checked yet unless a real dated check exists. ChatGPT AI Booster is an add-on SKU with no dashboard scan. Ninja does not host websites, does not maintain website schema, and does not guarantee rankings or a #1 Maps pack.
